Official Observation Program

Looking to move up, improve your skills or just get some feedback on your officiating game?  As part of the IAABO Board 41 Big Brother program, senior officials are willing to attend and observe your games and provide feedback.  All you need to do is submit an Official Observation Request and provide the observation team with a copy of your schedule (when available) to be able to assign an observer.
